Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous US.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

SOAKYY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to communicate any known delays promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at soakyy@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
